Application against TV show Zara Hut Kay filed in IHC

An application has been filed in Islamabad High Court (IHC) against anchors of TV programme Zara Hut Kay for criticising a judge of Islamabad High Court hearing the blasphemy cases.

The application, copy available with Pakistan Today, reads that the hosts—Wusatullah Khan, Mubashir Zaidi and Zarrar Khuhro—criticised a judge in their March 9 episode to “support the secular lobby” which is involved in the “stinking activities” against the Holy Prophet (PBUH), his companions, and the Holy Quran on social media. The application further alleged that the hosts of the show tried to influence the honourable court and to “make the cause controversial with an ulterior motive.”

The application prays that the court may direct Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) to disallow the anchor and guests of the show, and close Facebook till the blasphemous pages and user IDs are permanently blocked.

The petition was moved by the civil society through Muhammad Tahir and made Ministry of Interior, PTA and others respondent.

A few days back, IHC’s Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui had ordered the PTA to launch a crackdown on websites, pages and IDs spreading blasphemous content. The judge also ordered Ramna police station to register an FIR against bloggers responsible for running sacrilegious pages on social media.

Would have to confirm it, whether its true or not but these anchors had violated PEMRA code for talking about matter which is subjudice and tried to undermine the reputation of the Justice of Islamabad High Court, those clips were shown last nite on Aisay Nahi chalay ga. The Zara Hatt Kay definitely have violated the Pemra code and speech laws.
The news report by the OP is little stupid as bloggers already have FIR registered against them in the said police station as well as others. These 3 liberal jokers have been doing disinfrmation for 2 years now to justify their liberal bias, Mubashir Zaidi reports, writes for the indian daily 'The Hindu' contributing to various other foreign media, same with ex-BBC hack Wusat Khan, Zarrar Khuhro is just social media tool who has been interviewed by foreign sources.

Thay can be charged with proof now having ties taking money from Indian, American publishers actually apprehends the Zara Hatt Kay team on conflict of interest as they are writing for an enemy state and get to do tv show in Pakistan to influence the public here. Zara Hatt KAy also tries to affect a judicial proceeding by questioning the reputation of a sitting judge, by mocking insulting in their own liberal manner and getting away with it. If the bloggers are PROVEN to be the people abducted namely Goraya, Saeed, Salman Haider, then that is quite EXPLOSIVE s their shows footage can be used to apply abetment to 295-c blasphemy act which could screw them for life. I'm absolutely sure Asma Jahangir, HRCP and their external friends US NGOs, US mission will do whatever they can against IHC judge tolet these AGENTS stay in Pakistan and continue their dirty work against Islam and Pakistan.

If you see selfie of Mubashir Zaidi in Makkah, Medina or Zarrar Khuhro doing tasbeeh on air [rofl] or Wusat Khan glorifying islam in coming days, don't get surprised these munafiqs can stoop to any low to save their ****.

The Holy Qur'an rejects any concept of blasphemy laws, even this so called high court judge is welcome to debate me on this. These hosts should ask the Maulvis and their supporters to come and prove from the Holy Qur'an where this concept of blasphemy laws comes from.

Also, how would you feel if someone stood outside your house boundary every day name calling your dead female relative and accusing them all sorts? Would you not want a law to stop that person doing that or you'd be totally fine and unhurt by it without resorting to any reaction!?

Please preach what you can also withstand with any reaction whatsoever as well if filth was said repeatedly about your loved ones.
