What's new

J-31 possibly being tested & evaluated in Pakistan

I thought the J31 was a prototype stage only and a decade away from reaching export stage and minimum 5 years away from entering PLAAF entrance in small nos.

What is the status re the J31 progress ie

the Engine ... is it TVC capable like the raptors pakfa/ flankers

Does the plane have supercruise capability like the typhoon/rafale fighters

Are the Chinese fielding AESA radars or Pesa on the test plane

Finally all the above fighters will field ramjet BVRs is the SD10 being improved to ramjet range

IRST development and HMD technology ?

A lot of talk about J31 but nothing on what it brings to the PAF in technology capability

Hey sir,

let me tell you.. before yesterday I was bored, while browsing randomly, I came to know that anybody can edit wiki articles... long story short... I added shenyang j-31 and created 1 thread in PDF but sir @Oscar deleted it instantly . just to see some A** on fire, trolling in other words... but it seems like some Yasir guy with his "awesome" sources created a video and adding furthermore year 2017..
Well nothing much to say now...

No doubts on bhai @Windjammer he may be right, I dont know.. but what i know is that those 18 jets ordered.. 54 planned and 1 for Test and evaluation, was my little trolling idea.

.........................

Later on, Today I added su-35P<<< P for Pakistan and 2 F-35A to add more fuel.. (just read those comments of bhartis on the video... but some "thekedar" contractor of wikipedia article is keep correcting it every single f***** time... and I'm on my vecations and lots of free time ahead, nOw its trolling war going on and I'm pasting it every sing time he changes...

because our OCA capabilities are now 50% at standoff munitions that add at the least 50km-60km safe radius out to 250km.

Oscar does this mean that up to 50-60 Km range from Pakistani Border we will have Air Defense cover from the SAM ? or i understand it wrong ?

Hey sir,

let me tell you.. before yesterday I was bored, while browsing randomly, I came to know that anybody can edit wiki articles... long story short...

Do you know how much *** burnt and sheets got wet, just because of this trolling? You sir are responsible for this tyranny.Fanboys and wannabe prof made so many assumptions and wasted so much bandwidth?

It will bring stealth and a lot more but again you don't need to worry about it at all... time shall tell.

Aesa
deadly a2a missiles such as PL-21 will be used by it
yes supercruise once engine matures
no PLAAF wont buy
adds capability to beautifully take out rafales and mkis

I wouldn't have opened a thread based on a random video had a reputable source earlier not dropped a hint towards this,
In fact, I picked up that the J-31 was part of the contingent that arrived to participate in the Shaheen series of exercise earlier this year.

Congratulations Pakistanis, you are moving in the right direction.

Bro, I'm glad you opened this thread, and I didn't. Otherwise bird brains would just be screaming for blood.

Can you add me ion that team too I am also an Aviation analyst....:agree::raise:
Dont mind it...:disagree:

Young man, for a 15yr old you are very smart, a bit rough around the edges, but that's ok. I know you will improve.

I hope you are considering joining one of the services. Look forward to seeing you in uniform.

Best Regards
