What's new

This German couple spent 9 weeks in Pakistan to prove that it is safe for visitors

I want to suggest u some dishes . 1-Chicken Masala Sijji ( a typical Balouchistani Dish ) 2-Biryani (there are many types .u can chose according to your taste) 3- Chapali kabab ( a typical Pashto dish) there are many more but I have stated these since u asked about only three.

There is no such thing as a "chiken sajji" thats crap.. the real Sajji is made of Lamb!

Good news!

Wish Pakistan becomes 100% terror free and safe place for tourists. I will bring my family there to visit. I hope getting visa for British citizens with Indian origin becomes much less troublesome by then

Biryani I have tried with chicken pilav, it's simply mouth watering delicious. I love the spices in the pilav/rice.

Chicken Sajji looks like a dish I'd enjoy very much, I love grilled/kebab types of meat.
Chapali kebab, I simply must try :D

Now i want them too.. damn you people..

one thing my friend . u are mixing Pakistani and Indian food . but it the other way round . Indians are mostly Vegetarians while we mostly consume meat related products . Infact , our food is more similar to Iranian , Afghan , central Asian and Chinese ones .
Chicken gravy dishes (Tikka masala, butter chicken, chicken lahore - the list is long!) are my favouries among Pakistani and Indian cuisine, I can't tell which country it belongs to (it must be a big debate?).

Anyways, it's meat-based-dishes so that must be Pakistani? :)

We have a long history of friendship between our honorable countries, friendship is actually not covering our bonds, it's rather a brotherhood. No matter Kemalist or Conservative times of Turkey - Pakistan has always stayed a brother nation to us.
And long before the Republic of Turkey was founded - we have a long history, Alhamdu-lillah.

As a Türk, I always consider Pakistani nuclear warheads as ours, because I know that Pakistan would if necessary use it for it's brother.
Certainly out of all the nations of the world Pakistan does have a very strong emotional attachment to Turkey and Turkish people. Turkey can help Pakistan in so many ways and is currently doing so.

Yes bro . only Biryani is a purely indian dish . rest of Pakistani Foods belong to Iranian , Afghani , central Asian and Chinese . ( I am only talking about meat related dishes )

There is no such thing as a "butter chicken or chicken lahore" just some fancy names ... more like regional dishes of Pak....

We are blessed to have Himalayas in our region.
Despite Pakistan having a variety of dishes my favourite is Gujrati Biryani from India, which is made with a mix of daals (lentils) fried potatoes, lamb and boiled eggs. It truly is very fulfilling.

thanks for correction sir . we have here only eaten chicken sijji because Mutton is too costly and beef hmmmmmmmmmmmm. I think u understand .

Make it yourself... we do that all the time... its easy.... but burdensome.

and its vegeterian and lentils again..

Whenever I cook something with chicken - I always try to include extra butter, coriander and Pakistani/Indian spice mixes to turn it to somewhat an indian/Pakistani food :D

They eat Biryani in Iraq! Don't confuse it with Maqlooba which is a Palestinian Jordanian dish.
