Fawad was on the top of the list of Pakistani actors, who were issued threats to leave India.
All the Pakistani actor Fawad Khan fans out there, we have a bad news for you. According to an India Today report, Fawad Khan has left India. Heartbroken? It is also being said the actor has no plans to return anytime soon. Fawad was on the top of the list of Pakistani actors, who were issued threats to leave India. Pakistani TV news channel, Geo, also confirmed the same. Last week leaders of MNS said that they will not allow Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ release on account of Fawad’s presence in it. Not just this, they also said the same for Shahrukh Khan’s ”Raees’ because it has Pakistani actor Mahira Khan. MNS leader Shalini Thackeray added that their political party will not allow Indian filmmakers to make film with Pakistani artistes. Karan Johar, in a statement given earlier, had already made it clear that Fawad won’t be part of the film’s promotions.


Meanwhile, MNS was also seen outside Karan Johar’s residence, today, protesting against the producer for casting Fawad Khan in his movie. The MNS has been very vocal about Pakistani artists getting employed in India and had issued a 48-hour notice to Karan Johar’s Dharma productions. In the wake of the dastardly terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Uri region in which 18 Indian Army soldiers lost their lives, the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) on September 25 issued a 48 hour-deadline to Pakistani actors and artists to leave India, saying they will push them out of the country if they don’t go back to their nation. Prime MinisterNarendra Modi has condemned the attack and said that it won’t go unpunished
