Incredible India - Tourism places

Kuppali (ಕುಪ್ಪಳ್ಳಿ), Thirthahalli taluk of Shimoga district in the state of Karnataka. It is famous for being the birthplace and childhood home of the renowned Kannada playwright and poet Kuvempu. Indeed, this pen-name Kuvempu ( ಕುವೆಂಪು) pays homage to the author's home, created as it is from the first letters from his full name "Kuppali Venkatappa Puttappa" (Venkatappa being his father's name).Kuppali is also the birthplace of Poornachandra Tejaswi, the son of Kuvempu and a famous Kannada writer himself. It is also the place where Kuvempu and Poornachandra Tejaswi have been cremated. The childhood home of Kuvempu at Kuppali has been converted into a museum by Rashtrakavi Kuvempu Pratishtana

If only our infrastructure improves as fast as our Prime Minister Modi ji desires, we will be the most tourist-intensive country in the entire Asia.

India has everything to offer to all tourists:

History, indigenous culture, spirituality and faith, all sorts of terrains, adventure, foods, luxury, relaxation, parties and what not.

India has a magnificent environment and culture, i love how all religions lives together peacefully not like middle east.

And you are most welcome to visit us any time, friend. So is Iran a beautiful country with rich history, culture and wonderful food and musical traditions.

The recent opportunity created between India and Iran is a golden opportunity to boost tourism between our countries.

Those are some fancy boats. I went on one with my wife. Though it is for wealthy tourists, it was very much worth the money we paid.

The experience was mesmerizing.

Awesome photos . Keep up the good work .:tup:India is indeed beautiful .

We need more flights between India and Iran.

Right now we have very less flights because of poor scheduling, limited air agreements and other such factors.

Asia is full of amazing and mesmerizing scenes.

Sadly we all keep attacking each other and don't market it the way Europeans do despite having much lesser natural blessings than entire Asia.

Imagine if Asian countries, all of us could focus on joint tourism initiatives. How much could be gained from such agreements. :)

It is a beautiful city provided you can handle the temperatures. :D

Mr. Nair , thank you for the tag. Excellent pictures and extremely gorgeous views. Keep'em coming

His state is one of the most beautiful states of our country.

I don't know about others but we himalayan people have a fancy for Kerala. :D

But first we need to have a trust on each other, which can only be achieved by resolving certain issues. I think only way to do this is to involve third party as guarantor, then resolve the issue and then try to build some trust in each other. We can do it, but their is lack of will and leadership from every end.
