Islamists however much they try to equate the terrorism/violent tendencies of Islam with that of Hinduism, will not be able to. No other religion in the world is as predisposed to violence as Islam.

Government of India is aware that the problem is not religion from anywhere and this is the reason that centre and state Governments even provide funds for Indian Muslim students who are studying in Madarsas and have introduced modern education within the madarsas.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday expressed prima facie doubts about charging Malegaon blasts accused Sadhvi Pragnya Singh Thakur, Lt. Col S. Purohit under the draconian MCOCA and opened the doors for the Special Court to consider their bail.

A bench of Justices Ibrahim Kalifulla and Shiva Kirti Singh said there is no "reliable material" to prima facie show that the duo along with four other accused were criminally liable under provisions of MCOCA.

"Their applications for bail can be considered for bail by the Special Judge... there is considerable doubt about their involvement," the court observed in the judgment.

C'mon man.. I'm also a Sangh member, but I abhor some of the stupid actions of Sangh affiliates like Sri Ram Sene etc. The aim should be to mobilize and make a sensible and highly active Sangh that does not provoke but react strongly to anything against national interests and Indian public.

A lot of change in the public image and an extensive support base can be ensured by simply getting rid of fringe elements. Both you and I know this stuff. If the Sangh does clean up it's act then there is no basis for criticism.
