Arabs slam Pak stand on Yemen and Call on Pakistani Parliament to Fall in Line

When you seek for help? When you need it, isn't it? Are we in need of Saudi Troops? Have we ever been in need of Saudi troops? A country with half a million military needs Saudis to fight alongside? Khuda key Bandey, bolney sey pehley thora sa souch bhi liya karo. Why Saudis want us? Because they do not have a strong Army, not at-least in numbers.

Dear look when there's a fight among brother you try to resolve the dispute peacefully and so far there is no aggression from Yemen on Saudi Arabia. More than half of our army is on western border rest is on eastern border . Tell me do you want more fronts for PA, FC is fighting and kicking bootes of Talibitches and BLA in Baluchistan . And im sure that PA is already on Yemen border .....

What're you even talking about? Pakistan helping Arabs in the Quran?

Not Quran man, i said Islamic predictions.. By Pakistanis i meant people from our area ( Pak Iran Afg ). It's some of our predictions. Dunno how much water it holds though. Maybe fluff or maybe some actuality to it. But more or less its some type of myth.

Here is a thought. The cancer that is brewing in pakistan called the madrassah graduates. Who have zero economic value. We can ship them to yemen on a one way ticket in armu fatigues. Along with their families. This should apply to jang and the siraiki belt and d i khan. 50 percent of our problems will be solved on day 1 of their departure

Saudis should rather ask us for assistance like in Deseret Storm. We have no sectarian issues. We could send them a Medical Unit, detachment of Engineers, EME, pilots who have flown Saudi planes or n could convert quickly, even a squadron of F-7BGs for battle testing. Navy SEALS, Army SFs, air force ground combateers and a Mechanized Div. The Saudis need tea, jute sand bags and combat clothing that we could provide.

For god sake, learn from history.

we must examine if this tweet is his personal feeling or state's stand that obviously did not come officially. (like salman taseer former governer punjab tweeted against king abdullah in his era but it was taken as his personal statement.)
for good gesture to KSA we must send some troops to defend KSA territory but not for offensive in Yamen.
This matter should be resolved through mediation.
Iranian part should also realize the situation. two of their solders were apprehended in yemen. what the hell were they doing there. Iranian physical military presence in yamen will make it more complicated and it will be difficult for other nations to stay neutral.

Jute bags particularly made me laugh. How much contribution does export of Jute make to BD economy? If i recall correctly, jute's export was one of the major points of confrontation in 1971 rebellion. Soon after independance, jute was beaten by plastic and paper.

True , but BD is very good in economy wise currently, so without jute they are doing fine.

Gulf states should make Pakistan pay heavy price by seizing properties and assets of Pakistani politicians and businessmen like zardari, nawaz sharif,Ishaq Dar,Malik Riaz,Mian Mansha etc etc (please, please please.....)

Arabs treat us Pakistanis as fourth class citizens. Now its our time to show them that we are not their slaves. We will do what is best for our country. This is not our war. We should not take part in it. Also we should stabilize our relations with Iran because we don't want another enemy in neighbour. No Arab country will come to fight our war.

Pakistani's in general have no patience and tolerance in accepting veiled threats towards them, because carnage would simple transpire upon the offending party who had the audacity and arrogance to dictate our political choices.

how much of this blessing of trade we had with Iran before sanctions.

Let's just say that Iran has the world's 2nd largest deposits of natural gas and the 3rd largest deposots of petroleum. The pipeline to be built that will connect Iran to Pakistan, China and the rest of Asia would lead to the creation of thousands of jobs and boom for surrounding communities.

Pakistan, being a neighbor to Iran will benefit massively, namely due to the fact that reduced oil prices will necessitate a less reliance on oil imports from the GCC and other oil producing states.

I'm happy to see Pakistan having the wisdom to see the potential in the power partnership between Pakistan and Iran. Here is to the future of the two great powers of South and Western Asia!

Don't you think this would be a blessing in disguise.

The only thing Pakistan needs to do is open the Gwadar Port and ask the Chinese to dock their before going to Europe and vice versa.

Dear UAE minister,

YAWN.....Kindly go violate yourself.

Extremely sensible analysis by Najam Shetty.

- Pakistan establishment/leadership has no gut to say no to Saudi
- Pakistan will send troops to Saudi in the name of protecting Saudia. Leadership will give past reference to support current action. Actually Pak troop will fight in Yemen
- Pakistani force will work actually under Saudi commend but will not be accepted publically in the name of joint command

What a situation for a nuclear power!!! Few years back US threated Pak to send it in "Stone Age" on which Pak surrendered. Sill it was understandable as it was US. But now UAE is threatening for paying "High Price". Cant digest this really . If Pakistan sends troop for these pressures , it will pose severe question mark on Pakistan's sovereignty and independence

China is a much better friend for Pakistan than so called Muslim brothers.
