Arabs slam Pak stand on Yemen and Call on Pakistani Parliament to Fall in Line

Looks like posturing is the order of the day. Is Pakistan going to blink? While Sharif family owes a lot to Saudis, Zardari is obliged to abide by UAE. Ultimately personal obligations of Pak leaders will outweigh national interest.
Yeah certainly opposition parties will capitalize on this issue to weaken PMLN and PPP's support.

Just was making some points clear. That is all.

Listen kid, KSA was completely self-sufficient in terms of wheat production. Just from the Al-Qassim Province alone. What the wise leaders of KSA found out though was that it's not sufficient on the long run to waste so much water on wheat production within KSA when you can import rice cheaply from Pakistan, India, Vietnam or India and safe the water for something else. The situation is the exact same in Iran. It's not forceable on the long run. You have 80 million people to feed. KSA over 2 times less.

Anyway "discussing" with you is like discussing with a door. A one-way communication. I am not interested in that and short your complexes out somewhere else. Not interested in your constant obsession.

LOL at comparing harvesting pistachios with rice. Do you even know the basics of rice harvesting compared to pistachio harvest?

Let me give you a hint. It's like comparing date production with qat plantations. The former needs little water while the later needs a hell lot. More than even rice.

Now will you stop bothering me with your idiotic posts constantly in several threads? PLEAEEESE.
what did you eat that made you be an Arab? you,re so different... you know the answer to everything... every body says bs and you have the right wisdom... I decided to ask you to tell me how could you become an Arab... I want to be Arab

Intelligent people have the answer for many questions. What I wrote are facts as usual. You are welcome to make a google search and find out yourself.

I am always ready to help lost souls.

Did you not tell me 3 hours ago that you needed to go to sleep because you were plotting to make discoveries to the world that Einstein would be humbled by? My theory is that you are one of the MILLIONS of unemployed Iranians. I think that it's 35% of Iran's population nowadays. If not more. Sad.

Since when has the BCC become a "holy cow" incapable of reporting false news? According to the same BCC Pakistan has stored atomic weapons for KSA in the event of KSA asking for them.

Saudi nuclear weapons 'on order' from Pakistan - BBC News

Why don't you take a look at the official sources that I have posted from the Saudi Arabian authorities that deal with OFFICIAL marriage laws in KSA? Why don't you take a look at the dozens of links that I posted that clearly show that 13.000 Saudi Arabian women married foreigners alone last year including several marriages with Pakistani men?

Answer my question, give me another example. You spout unsubstantiated nonsense just to support your BS points.

You are forgetting that they have been immensely weakened politically. Imran Khan will be breathing down their throat with a 100 day long Dharna if they screw this one up.
True... IK is under no obligation to take sides, neither his political course is dictated by any Arab state. However when two major political parties like PMLN & PPP join hands, add religious right wingers to it...IK will find himself isolated. Pakistan's foreign exchange reserve is largely dependant on remittance from Middle East. Middle East is the source of income for large section common Pakistanis. & leadership in Pakistan can play on these sentiments & can use this to justify their reason to join hands with the Arabs. It would take too much for the current leadership of Pakistan to dare the Arabs. & just to add...that joint resolution of Parliament is not binding on government either.

Point to ponder

"If Pakistan is a true friend of the Saudis it should point out these dangers, forcefully and without mincing words, and together with Iran and Turkey throw its weight behind a peaceful end to the fighting. This will be the greatest favour that anyone can do to the House of Saud. Forget about the dangers to Pakistan. Sending troops to Yemen will only mean reinforcing the disaster that the Saudis are creating for themselves.

Pakistan’s involvement in Afghanistan should be read as a cautionary tale. Pakistan suffered the consequences. The Saudi monarchy has to live in a dream-world to think that if the Yemen conflict lengthens Saudi Arabia will remain immune from the fallout."

Won't happen. Parliament decision just proved that dynamics in Pakistani politics have changed.

What has 1 UAE ministers ramblings on Twitter to do with KSA once again? Do you know KSA's opinion on Pakistan's decision?

Ok, I thought so! Carry on!
Good cop bad cop kinda diplomacy...quite common in diplomatic circles. It's not for the first time this tactic was used against Pakistan. Remember another deputy foreign minister called Richard Armitage?
Coming back to KSA's response to the joint resolution...yes..they did appreciate the decision... however with a caveat though, claiming they are waiting for government's response as the resolution is not binding.

Arabs slam Pak stand on Yemen

CAIRO: The Arab Parliament (AP) speaker has expressed disappointment at Pakistan’s Parliament unanimous vote on Friday to remain neutral in the conflict in Yemen, describing the move as incompatible with the international, Arab and Muslim stance that supports legitimacy in Yemen and aims to strength security and peace in the Arab and Islamic World.

Ahmed Bin Mohammed Al Jarwan said the Arab people had received Pakistan’s participation in the Decisive Storm coalition with optimism and enthusiasm in the hope of creating a joint Arab-Islamic force that backs right against whoever tries to tamper with values of Arab and Islamic nations and that supports security and peace across the world.

‘’The Arab and Muslim people were shocked and disappointed by the Pakistani Parliament decision,’’ he regretted.

He called on the Parliament to fall in line with the will of people in this critical circumstances, the Arab and Islamic World is living through and to back the stance of the government and people of Pakistan that supports the Decisive Storm coalition.
