Pakistani Shias rarely are involved in terrorism. They rather wish they were left alone and peaceful from takfiri wahhabi terrorists.
agree pak Shia shown great restraint.
Do you think anti-shia terrorist in pak will be further embolden by this step?

Can we get the Saudis to do the following in return :

(i) Significantly reign in any and all foreign funding for some very shady madrassas in Pakistan that comes from the Gulf.

(ii) Pay off some of our loans to reduce our debt.

(iii) Make me the next Crown Prince ! :ashamed:

Much of this is probably on the table, a high-level delegation leaves for Saudia soon, they'll iron out the terms of this agreement. As for being crown prince, I don't believe the Butts trace their lineage to the House of Saud.

I grew up among Shia community in Rawalpindi. They never touched or even bothered us Sunnis. Yet they were threatened 24/7 with verbal and physical threats.

1- Maybe
2- Reduced Oil Prices
3- No

If KSA is attacked it would be hard for Pakistan to remain on the sidelines. Pakistan should never abandon KSA in its hour of need. Let us hope Iran will not be irrational and start a war with KSA.

So, Pakistan is supposed to defend the House of Saud?

That would be ideal, however we are a nation that has established itself as one of the best militaries in the muslim world and when cash or oil is short, we have only one service to offer. The blood and bones of our soldiers, the same blood and bone that is the mortar and brick of our nation's foundations, becomes the commodity we must trade. As they say, freedom is never free, it costs a soldier a day. Soldiers like me and my comrades.

So true ! :(

Our soldiers and their sacrifices is what has kept this country together.

And what do you mean 'one of the best' ? :o:

It is 'the' best military in the Muslim World; no one else comes even close to us ! :smokin:

Turkiye doesn't count and even still its a largely conscript army whereas we're a wholly professional one. :)

Khair at least Sethi Sahib all your hours spent in the gym pumping iron may finally pay-off now that you're going to save some Arab Princess in a faraway land of desserts and camels. Just like the Arabian Nights ! :D

What has KSA requested exactly?

Saudi Arabia is requesting immediate military assistance, boots on ground and planes in the air. I don't believe we should give them that. Its not our region and not our war, but the opposing camp also argues that we have the opportunity to settle this conflict in its infancy on foreign soil before it becomes a Hydra like IS.

Yes killing terrorists weather Houthis or ISIS or TTP
Politics is not Jihad. Everything in Yemen was a political conflict which is now turning to a new Jihad front.

We need to abandon this Shia Sunni rift and work for common good for all Muslim Countries.

There is no Sunni-Shia rift, only Saudi-Iran rift. Shias and Sunnis would be living well, but Saudi Arabia and Iran make sure that the leaders they support oppress the other minority because their rival is using them to destabilize the country.

No worries.

You are wasting your time arguing with another wanna be arab pakistani. We have lots of them here, you won't get very far in a discussion with the ummah brigade I'm afraid. lol

WTF, did Saudi Arabia offer to pay triple costs ($500 billion dollars) to seek our high-trained expensive troops for help?

Will Saudi Arabia return their favours against India, TTP, Takfirs, so on? Probably not.

Our troops are already in overstretched to every places and currently fight TTP and some terrorists groups sponsored by India. Don't pay attention to Saudi pleas.
