25 More F-35s for Israel

what do you say about its maneuverability? I must also mention that I did like a comment of the American saying that the missile fired by the F-35 will do all the acrobatics and maneuvers, its targets can try to outdo the Gs pulled the missiles and they wont be able to... do you agree?
I made a thread before with my assessment of multirole fighters, here the agility part:

Modern multirole fighter assessment

Indeed F-35 is quite meh in terms of agility. But its not that bad either (Gripen, J-10 level). And it also carries bombs and targeting pod internally, thus in bomber configuration it can outperform some best fighters around.

Have Israeli pilots also gone to America to fly the jets? what do they say?
I normally try not to comment on Aviation because I have no knowledge but I cant help to notice the smaller wing span compared to the bulky body.

Missile technology is surely much more important than the aircraft itself.

Anyway, why are fighters built to kill targets in front of the nose.
A fighter which can kill the enemy behind would be nice.
Then manouverability is not an advantage any longer...

For a small country like Israel, it makes a decent purchase since they don't have to worry about the range or speed. The JSF for their needs is good enough.

Lockheed puts 120 F-35s for the Saudi Air Force in its documents of projected sales, I am still not sure if it will be a right choice to buy it or not yet.

F-35 in serial production are going to come with Israeli wings - 811 pairs of of wings.

The F-35's wings will be built in Israel by Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and Lt Gen Christopher Bogdan, the Pentagon’s F-35 programme chief, plans to visit Israel next week for the official inauguration of the wing production line. IAI will begin delivery of F-35 wings to Lockheed Martin in mid-2015.

Yipee..................now they can bomb even more Palestinian children without any danger of being discovered by Palestinian radars......Oh wait, Palestinians don't have any radars, or Jet fighters or SAM's to defend themselves!! So Go Israel and Go America!!!

Well, I believe Saudi Arabia really needs to invest in these Jets because otherwise, without the exubberant profits of that sale, the US will be really hard pressed to 'gift' them to Israel who then will be unable to use them on Palestinian children and women.

So please, please make sure that you invest as much as you can in these Jets.

Now that we Inagurated our own wing productions (F-15SA wings will be produced in KSA) Lockheeh can give us these Israeli parts to do on our own.

Sure, why not. And the more you cry and whine about it the better.

All that matters is that it is a turkey compared to dedicated air-superiority fighters like F-22 and others that will be coming out over the next decade. Design limitation will always remain.
