Bharat Heavy Electrical offers to set up 2,000MW power plants

:pakistan:
look who is talking? this is a attitude which have made pakistan the 12th faild state. :taz:
The failed state in your mind, we do not have 500 million people living below the poverty lines like India. Pakistan is the 5th most populated country in the world currently with 192+ million people and in 5 years it will be the 4th largest country in the world in population. Pakistan is here to stay. It will be up to India to accept and adapt to this reality.:pakistan::pakistan::pakistan:

Why not build the same for your own power starved people first. Pakistan has higher standards of workmen ship then accepting any crap india can offer.

Only Gujarat has more power generation capacity than whole Pakistan with Huge surplus.

Does this means we shall award contracts to bharti contractors?

It is your choice. Your Government has shown willingness. You purchased LOCOs from china and they were found defective and stop functioning in in first month itself. Our locs in BD are running from decades.

Let me tell you about the quality of Bharat heavy electrical limited plant quality. I know a power company where Alstom guys came and offer CFBC technology based boiler with 90% availability. The company had BHEL boilers. The GM of company replied that We get 95% availability and 86% Plant load factor from BHEL plant. Alstom guys had no answer. BHEL plants are long lasting and very good.

What sort of bench mark is this?

Govt. does not allow private sector to build power plants.... in some cases it is illegal.

You will go to jail if you build even 500kW solar power at your roof top.

Pakistan sugar mills always have surplus energy but govt. do not allow them to to distribute electricity for free to the neighbouring villages.

I always, knew Indian govt. was behind this game... to capture the market on unfair terms.

Why don't you press your govt. to change regulations?

Pay the going rate for this excess electricity and the problem is solved.

What exactly can you help?

Pathetic... false claims.

Its not "Help"...
Its on pay and smile basis..

BTW why would you need a "Help" from Baniyas?
Is Pakistan that downgraded to ask for Yindoo help?
Your weakness noted, content copied for future reference..
Lol

I am optimistic. When it comes to Economic interest, other interest becomes secondary.

Your optimism has little or no value, since the driving seat is occupied by Pakistan (on this), which has still not given MFN status to India, not have they got even a minor intention to trade with Yindoos. Paying higher price trading with Dubai (Buying Indian goods) suits them.

The bottom line is, they will be flooded with Indian engineering stuff and its a prestige issue for Pakistani politicians inner circle.

China ke samne sar jhukana chalega, not with Baniya/Yindoo.

You may rant on to your detriment.

I think Mr. sharif is not as Idiot as others, He is a businessman and has a better knowledge to protect economical interest of Pakistan. The way he has has handle the affairs in Pakistan is commendable.

You yourselves get your equipments from china and here your are wet dreaming about "indian equipments" to BD. Only recently India was awarded a coal based power plant by the sell out dalals in power. Stop smoking whatever damn good thing your are smoking before farting out loud.:rofl::rofl:

Its not investment but money given on credit that has to be paid back with interest you moron. And this money was given to BAL dalals to buy indian goods for corridor facility which is proving to be unfeasible and most of the money wasn't even paid to the Awami dalals. But even if the whole master-slave deal goes to waste we still have to pay back that retarded loan with interest. So stop bull$hitting about investment idiot. KSA, S.korea, China and Japan is our largest investors while UK is our largest aid donor with over $1.5 bn of aid/year. Your dirt poor terrorist country doesn't even make it to the top 10. Even PAk investment is more than you as they are shifting all their textile factories here. Check out the latest figures idiot:

Foreign Direct Investment in Bangladesh
http://www.unnayan.org/reports/meu/feb_12/MEU_Feb_2012.pdf

The aid for Bangladesh both grants and loans in the current year budget has been Rs 350 crore against Rs 580 crore last year. It is 40% lower than last year because its GDP is growing by 6-7% annually and as such it has been lowered.

Saarc countries allocation in the current budget compared to last year have all gone up by 20% except BD. Bhutan gained by whopping 50% increase.

Here is the breakdown:
Country: current allocation (last year allocation)
Bangladesh : 350 crores (580)
Bhutan: 6000 crores (4100)
Afghanistan: 675 crores (525)
SriLanka : 500 crores(410)
Nepal: 450 crores (380)

BTW, why open a thread that is nearly 2 years old?
Now its New nationalist (Modi) government, which will itself not allow this to happen.
Whats wrong with people?
