More Vietnamese nurses in need in Japan

We have a similar problem here, there are not enough nurses and doctors in Germany and thus have been importing them from Eastern European countries. The higher wages of course is of course a big incentive but the problem is rather that the exporting nations themselves don't have enough nurses and doctors as well. But who cares, for people who rejoyce at this "skill-drain" problably think that people in poor countries are lesser beings.

My sister is a nurse and the work is ridiculous, depending on your role. Cleaning up after old dudes is just plain awful to hear about.
Now she is in mental health and its much much easier.

Remuneration isnt too bad but most jobs in Australia are quite decent.

Psychiatric nursing is a very challenging , yet rewarding subspecialization in Nursing.

I salute your sister for being in the field !

She is beautiful.

I thought I've seen her somewhere in movies, she looks like a Japanese movie star.

not only in japan, in some other developed countries, there is a shortage of medical care staff, maybe due to the aging population

indeed.. she's JAV pornstar

Good for both Japan-Vietnam.
Vietnam has a young population, needs a lot of jobs every year.
While Japan has an aging population, and high income.
The young VN people to work in Japan they will learn much good experience for their job.

Why am I not surprised at a Vietnamese rejoicing at something bad for Vietnam, only to "support Japan" (and thus indirectly spite Chinese)?

Pro tip: not everyone can be a doctor or a nurse. The medical school seats are limited every year. Every 1 less nurse and doctor that Vietnam strikes a blow against Vietnam's most vulnerable: the sick, the elderly, children, pregnant women and injured workers.

But hey its OK because its worth to "spite Chinese". We are cowering in fear of you weakening your own medical system

Nurse training in JP is bad for VN ?? check again ur brain, ur IQ in hospital . If China hospital is not good enough, then u can come to VN to check it , dude :pop:

There is nothing bad. Our young people need good jobs with well training, and JP offer jobs for them. In general, VN will have more $$$ to buy more weapons to keep control SCS(east sea)

Thousands of medical students graduating each year in Vietnam. It is difficult for all they can get a suitable job in Vietnam.
So, get jobs in Japan, with higher earnings. Why not?

No china or chinese related here. So dont cry, friend.

Sorry I don't want to risk my health. I also hope you grasp the concept of "nurse training" is actually "nurse working for lower wages than locals".

That's a good question! Yes there's actually quite a few male and female Japanese nurses. But due to the huge baby boomer population now entering retirement and needing medical care--there's a large demand of more health workers in Japanese hospitals, nursing homes, skilled rehabilitation facilities. The demand is higher than the supply.

The nursing salary is decent paying, too. On average, the monthly salary of nurses in Japan is around ¥ 280,000 - ¥310,000;
That is around $2,700 - $3,000 a month.

The Vietnamese, Filipino and Indonesian nurses will be able to help out their families back home, indeed. :)

I don't think so. Right now, my friend, there is a demand of some 40,000 nurses. Japan simply cannot cope with the demand , there are just not enough Japanese health care workers.

The professionalism of Filipino, Vietnamese and Indonesian nurses are well known in Japan.
$3,000 a month is very good salary. I guess after income tax, contribution to social insurance and other costs (living cost, etc..), one can save $1,000 a month.

The number of physicians per capita in Vietnam is on the level of great superpowers such as Algeria and Tunisia.

Funny thing is, Vietnam has less doctors per capita than Syria, which is undergoing a civil war.

Physicians (per 1,000 people) | Data | Table

If it is difficult for medical students to find a job, that is the problem of Vietnam, not of producing too many medical students.

JP is richer than VN, so the local got better salary than VN nurse, thats normal.

At least VN will have more $$ to buy more modern weapon to protect our sea.

So you support Vietnamese nurses in Japan doing the same job as Japanese nurses but making less money, because of the fact that they are from Vietnam. OK, that's all I need to know.
