What's new

NUST goes Nuts, shamefully imposing restrictions on students !

Its sad to see the way Pakistan goes on.

Unfortunately we're on something like beginning stage of this in Turkey, if you give even a bit of power to those people who doesn't knows that they have no right to impose their beliefs on others, they will use every bit of that power in that way, in my opinion if government follows that way and goes over limits, they should be removed, by force if necessary because what they do is not different then what dictators do.

Turkey @ moment is what Pakistan was in 1985. The end result will be what Pakistan is today. Sad if that happens.

Turkish people is not much religious oriented compared to Pakistan thats why resistance would be stronger if they completely go nuts.

Btw are you Pakistani or Turkish ?

In class sitting should be rearrange as boy girl boy girl order
dress code black skirt with white tee shirt (for both sexes)

My advocacy is on the notion of 'discipline': we need innovation, creativity and catering. The discipline = good worker concpt died with the British empire. The Americans took over the work market because of their productivity based education, training and workplace environment. The British model, in fact, the European model now emulates that especially in higher education. Everyone is a decent human being given a safe environment. After that institutional holding on the individual should be minimal we are creating an environment to cater a person and his productivity not manufacture an individual who will 'fit' into wherever we wish.

I am glad to hear it, though I would still like to point you out to research, I do not confess to be right but I believe we should focus on empirical research more than on opinions and ideologies.

Regards.

Let make it simple - My proposal is that we don't need universities in this IT age, upload recorded lectures on internet, create discussion forums - every kind of information is available on internet. Let students to study without any compulsion, conduct quarterly exams only, whoever is ready he/she can appear in exam and get certificate - that will definitely produce great minds & human beings as no one will be trying to enforce discipline over them so they will get 100% free environment, they will have all time to socialize and polish their social skills and we will save cost of universities which can be spent anywhere else. Isn't it great idea?

Chall bey.... ganday zehan walay closet fundo...... next time you see a hot Candian chick, close your eyes...... even better, why not return to land of pure to live a virtuous life, full of all heavenly goodies.

On my part, I consult on various recruiting boards. I'll make sure that any "male" candidate from NUST, doesn't get the job. That's a promise. I'm actually thinking of having a very detailed chat about it with few friends who are industry decision makers (mnc's), and are of my mindset. This will give the retards back home something to think about. Total sanctions against graduates of NUST. :agree:

No worries, all the fundos can join "government jobs", if any..... bhawawawawawawawawaw.....

I was in IIT madras the other day and i was pleasantly surprised to find that they have active cells to help eradicate gender discrimination and to create greater awareness of LGBT communities in India.

It pleased me a great deal that new generation of students coming out are well grounded and have an inclusive outlook. I felt proud that we have come a great deal forward since our independence.

So many such initiatives in many of our institutions are well under way. If we can do it, so can you. All it takes is a tiny bit of will and assertiveness to make your voice heard.
