we kept it short .. with very clear instruction that we wont allow refugee for long (so that we will be insulated).. if you think you can take on burmese then go ahead ... but you will also have to be ready for overt conflict...
dragging this beyond a few year (and adding islam to the mix) can make it explosive for you... we did not have that problem
