Pashtuns have Caucasian skull structure. But they are not "white" which is cultural term, otherwise dark Italians should never be called white.

Who is to blame??This question is specifically for pakistani members.In india only sc/st and obc benefit under quota.All the other people have to toil for jobs,give entrance exams etc and muslims are about 14% of the population,there can't be a quota for such huge population considering they had an advantage of 500 years under mughals and other muslim rulers.I totally agree they are backward compared to other communities but the reason is

On the other hand there are many rich muslims also especialy in the Film industry like Shahrukh khan , salman khan and many directors/producers etc!

bs ginti ke hi hain.....the root cause is lack of Education and attitude.I have analyze while living in New Delhi, their parents were mostly illiterate and poor(as was most of India ) but still had number of children despite of their poverty(their attitude is like "the inflow of money depends on number of hands in family") as a result they couldn't provide necessary education to their children and they lived their life in same manner as their parents and this is not stopping.Hindus,Sikhs,Christians have started to know value of education(even in most rural areas of India) and as a result living standard have improved very sharply but Muslims are refusing education,they are still happy to be working as "junk collector", as "toilet cleaner" i.e. labour class.
They still believe madarsas are giving best education to their children and Indian education will corrupt them and make them distract from islam.(now tell me what can be done)

They are getting provided same Govt education system as others (which is by the way very low standard) and they can not afford private education.

but still some of them make extra effort and break that poverty cycle and comes to the clear sky

India has higher living standards than our neighbor... in fact even our national average HDI is on medium level while theirs is on LOW level.

Sorry but couldn't help it. I mean considering India still have more poverty on "average" according to World Bank then Pakistan. Now imagine how poor Indian muslims are. Before anyone wannabe Indian in Pakistan make more excuses. They should be exported to India.

Partition best thing to happen for Muslims of Pakistan and upper caste Yindus in India. 15% Yindus oppress rest of 85% population.

But evil 15% Yindus doesnt bomb the rest 85%, like you people do to shias..
