Brother, for your kind information R&Ds like DRDO, ADA,HAL all have reservations for OBC SC/ST and you seem unaware about that. Religion and cast have nothing to do with the failure projects of Indian R&Ds. Now,a brahman may also say that due to reserved category people getting into DRDO on lesser % and marks are causing failure in projects. see, every argument has two sides. you said you were in all R&Ds(dont know how?? may be on short study tours) Its better if we concentrate on our work for india rather than getting into this stupid "brahman V/S reserved class" argument.

I think you are wrong there is no quota system(for scientists) in research institutes , two years back ministry of science and technology want to introduce reservation but scientific committee strongly opposed that decision.
