Shamed? Never again

China in a war... asks Pakistan for help.. Pakistan will jump in blindly..
Pakistan in a war..asks China for help.. China will provide all material support.. but will it step in?

no they wont

Nixon asked china to help Pakistan in 1971

china took couple days and said "No".

Not worried at all mate by a load of Indians going off topic to explain why they got smashed when they tried to take on someone their own size in 1 9 6 2. A great vintage year for wine if i may say so,

in 62..

10000 soldiers fought with 80k chinese soldiers and same mighty chinese later on had to accept sikkim as indian part and plz remember chola incident too..

plz dont be selective and dont accuse others for off topic when ur first post bring pakistan in this.

and those 10000 soldiers fought not surrendered in mass;) even there was no back up from them even not political back up..

Absolutely...for one believing there existence to be only lower than the god they believe in ....defeats are a thing based in reality..rather than rhetoric.

After all these years if one still needs to ask ..then there something wrong here...
One shouldn't be jumping into things they have little controll over in the first place...
These are the decisions of a foolhardy egotists who take there ego's before the wellbeing of there weaker a counterparts(i.e.Awam)

you are once again going off topic. We are talking about what happened in 1962. Compare India to a country that has a similar population to India like China. then do this

Forget 1962 at your cost.

Why do Indians go off topic. Cant you guys handle the truth. You got whacked and you will again if it proves necessary. Now stop going of topic and eat some humble pie and don't go on a forward policy again.

you fkkkking mental retard......

see post 17 and put this in your a$$ and shut the fk up.
dont repeat same things and its you who brought pakistan and you are saying others of being off topic.

Oh Janet we are not supposed to swear. You getting a bit hot under the collar are we??:rofl:

Aryan in 1962 even the airforce was not used it was more a border clash compared to a full on war.

What stopped you from using the Air Force ?
Indian Gov was quick to use it during the Kargil War

It was 1962 what airforce did we have? a few leftover planes from the British raj perhaps. India received its first MiG-21s in 1963.

we were still carrying the misconception of them being our friends.
Indian forces were confused as to be even fighting the Chinese....which eventual lead to there demise.

I accept Pakistan are no match conventionally for India. But you guys how can you compare to the Chinese?? I don't know about future but you are no match militarily for China at the moment

I thought China captured NEFA or South Tibet but backed off unilaterally retaining 38000+ km2 of Aksai Chin or have i missed something ? :undecided: So in the end you just lost land without gaining anything ... Say thanks to Zhou En Lai for giving you south Tibet

and who edits the wiki page ? Someone check the territorial changes part in the 1962 Sino-Indian War article ... Its written status quo ante bellum which means " the state in which things were before the war " ... No effing mention I repeat not one of China gaining control of Aksai Chin

Not having an Air Force and not using it are 2 different things

Pakistan began modernizing its Air Force in 1956. You seriously think India did not try to match hers then ?

Don't agree with that notion when it is not all about numbers but about quality also.

Take into account the new toys we have like P8, Phalcon AEW&C radar systems and many more which far exceed anything China has technology wise in it's arsenal.

Oh so tell me what planes we had in 1962? when we only got our first mig in 1963 :what:

China has friends too. If Indians were to get involved against China there is no question that Pakistan would not coordinate with China
Let us compare the military strengths
US >>>>> China
India >>> Pakistan
South Korea > North Korea
Vietnam > Myanmar
Japan >>>> All other remaining Chinese allies
NATO gives >>>> on US side
NATO allies are plus . NATO allies have bases everywhere in the world.
Russia makes a difference of >>> in 1st point
