What's new

Gaza-Israel Conflict | October 2023

Hamas killed and kidnapped hundreds of innocent civilians - not just Israelis, but also citizens of at least the US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, China, Mexico, Thailand, Nepal ( the list will grow as more victims are identified). No one will come forward to help them. Unfortunately, the civilians will bear the collateral damage. It might have been a great tactical strike against Israel, but is a huge strategic blunder.

'It's taking more time than expected': Israel says battles with Hamas gunmen at up to eight locations outside Gaza

An Israeli military spokesperson has said the country's forces are fighting Hamas gunmen at seven to eight points outside Gaza.

But 48 hours after the biggest attack on the nation in decades, Lt Col Richard Hecht told a briefing with journalists: "It's taking more time than we expected to get things back into a defensive, security posture."

He added: "We thought this morning we would be in a better place."

Definitely not from the nation that curses Abu Bakr (RA), Omar Bin Khattab (RA) and Othman (RA).

Perhaps Hezbollah is being held in reserve to move up the escalation ladder if need be or when most effective. War is not all kinetic, a lot is political.
This is what I hope. But if that ends up not the case. Morale of Palestinians will go down. It will be bad. This is golden opportunity for Muslims to recover Palestine which is very strategic location as well.

Iran gave the go-ahead as per this news. If they indeed gave the go ahead, I hope they have the wherewithal to support them and actively join the was through their proxies even if the Americans get involved. If they are not ready to do that. it's immensely irresponsible of them to have started the war given numerous civilians in Palestine are going to be killed.
Iran had no idea this was gonna happen. US media is crap propaganda. But obviously now there is urgent consultations ongoing about what may come next. And Iran and Hezbollah taking precautions.

LOL look at all these Islamic pig rulers sitting quietly and watching the show. Not a single Islamic leader has the guts to stand up and say it how it is.
I wouldn’t call them Islamic cuz they’re everything but Islamic. Or at least put Islamic in quotes. But other than that I agree. All of them are pus*ies. Biggest is Pakistan. Imagine having nukes and much stronger army than Israel and being scared to even call it Israeli occupation in the official Foreign affairs release. Truly shameless cowards. Forget sending weapons these cowards can’t even verbally speak against them.

[09/10, 00:52] Wf: If you have not already read this, I highly recommend you do as a foundational primer on the origins of the current situation in Israel. https://www.amazon.com/Balfour-Declaration-Origins-Arab-Israeli-Conflict/dp/0812976037

[09/10, 10:55] Shanlung: I have not read that book yet. Balfour agreement tied in and against promises made to Lawrence of Arabia. The Arabs fought for him against Turkey on promises made by Britain via Lawrence. At same time in WW1, UK running out of gun cotton because of embargo by Germany. A jew chemist in UK invented another way to make gun cotton in England. That jew declined all rewards UK wanted to give him. Saying he wanted as reward a homeland in Palestine for Jews. This lead to all promises made to Arabs being broken and Balfour Declaration . Lawrence so disgusted that he resigned and chose to be a private soldier 🗻🐲

I don't believe that. I think Iran was fully involved, I don't expect Hamas to take such a huge risk without having some consultation and assurance of support.
