Bunch of jokers

all this talk of going full jihad mode to deal with mofos s😂 reminds me of this

Jihadi nasheed with bhangra beats talking of conquering greater Punjab by Punjabi taliban- how about that one buddy? 🤣🤣

@Maula Jatt dafuq did you just subject me to, I'm taking you to the Hague.

All I meant was that if an Islamic country will come under threats, the Islamists will fight to protect it, we can do that while killing each other at the same time. My point about the Punjab was that, it is the power center of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the other provinces depend on us for protection from India, it's not the other way around.

Zia implemented Shariah and it resulted in sectarian riots

What would you do differently considering the diversity of Pakistan's Islam?
convince everyone that Islam is better for them so they can voluntarily submit to the eternal truth.

For thousands of years until very recently you had no border fence cutting you off from Afghanistan and India. This is the result of nationalism.
And we should be happy the fence is separating us from those two hell holes.

I think if the Pashtun and the Punjabi unite and take along other nationalities, they can rule the region from beyond Amu Darya to Sutlej. Marriages between Pashtun and Punjabi are economically beneficial as in Pashtuns the boy's side bears most of the financial burden, while in Punjab the girls side bears the cost of Jahez. By marrying amongst each other, they can share the cost of marriage equally. Already we have integration in bureaucracy and army. Racially also both are Arian tribes. This could make for a win-win situation. Already there are Punjabi-Pathan in large numbers in Punjab.
But sometimes you have to give a boy instead of taking a girl from Pashtuns if you are looking to marry in pashtuns  Better get ready for that ;)

You are calling Punjab and Kashmir, hellhole. Doesn't sound right. They are part of your identity going back thousands of years. Same with Afghanistan for Pashtun Pakistanis. Nationalism creates hostility. Westerners were historically, culturally close, but they fought two wars because of nationalism killing tens of millions last century. In medieval and ancient times rulers and armies went to war. Modern nationalism has changed where people hate on people. You have numerous suicide attacks by civilians on civilians.

Right now you seculars and nationalists are playing kid games. When things will get serious we Islamists will temporarily unite and take over.
Already you are causing division, not much hope of you uniting us. Anyways, throughout history Islamists are perhaps the most divided, with new sects popping up out of nowhere. The irony is, a religion that was supposed to unite became the sole reason for these additional divisions, i.e Shias, Sunnis, Wahabbis and etc.

Somebody has told this pesudo psysicist that you will/can be an intellectual 'Critic' and that has led him to criticise just about anything under the sun, his criticism of Pakistan, Islam, two nation theory and just about anything makes him a Critic, NO.

He could come up with some 'Critique'-a detailed analysis and assessment of something, especially a literary, philosophical, or political theory. But he could not, devoid of depth and just scratching the surface of any subject.

A know-it-all, seen-it-all kind of person. Read many of his articles in DAWN, and he always comes up with some controversial writing.

That is essentially the undoing of the liberal secularists of Pakistan. How many Nobels or Field Medals have they won?
I think I have more publicationa in medical field then he has in physics....sure he is great political commentator but not a physicist despite been sponsored to go to big places.

My guess he didn't like physics so left USA and became a political commentator in Pakistan since he wouldn't have been a good one in USA

I only liked his PTV show for kids...alas he was so good at talking about simple physics rather then he is borrowing leftist talk..
I mean why would I read his we have gul Bukhari her is at least not boring..it's full shit nazisim against conservative

Reason Pakistan isn't developing is mix of extreme nationalism and Anationalism..

Instead a balance approach is needed which we are lacking and failing at.

IK had right vision..open up trade, accept second/third gen refugees into nationality/give them identity, liberal economics, making wealth as a good thing rather then shameful but he had no public support

People support against sarmayadar neezam..

You get what you want

If you say so. I suppose the degrees you hold in all these subjects make your opinion more credible than Dr. Hoodbhoy's.
For people who claim to be rationalist, you guys are really prone to that 'appeal to authority' fallacy.

A man with a Ph. D. in Physics from MIT is billion times better thinker than a plumber. That expressing opinions about statecraft should be the exclusive purview of (almost) functionally illiterate politicians is a fallacy. Of course, it is a tragedy that people like Dr. Hoodbhoy have no place in a nation's leadership but taking umbrage at him for expressing opinions is ridiculous.
@RAMPAGE , see what I mean? Appeal to authority.

Ghazali wasn't responsible for the decline of Islamic civilization
THIS. I don't know about hoodbhoy but this shit is what made me despise NDGT. Can't stand him. I used to adore the guy. I thought here a scientist who isn't a mad atheist, who claims to be agnostic, which is a position i can understand, he doesn't sling shit. But then I saw his video on this YT channel called Agatan Foundation where he repeats a lot of this new athiest bullshit. Really felt like watching your heroes fall. That's how much I liked the guy and that's how much I hate this simplistic bullshit from athiest and gangus who think they've unlocked the secrets of the universe and know modern muslim problems better than we do.

@SaadH , this shit right here
