Featured Pakistani experts warn of refugee influx from India

@OP : I don't know what the made the "experts" to predict that, In the case NRC happens as expected then any number of NRC-left is likely to be much bigger than some Pakistani provinces. I don't see migration as a feasible phenomenon at all. All I can say is that the article is nothing but a self-masturbation.
There should be many more Wipro-like and Hamdard-like institutions from among the Muslims.
While this is cool but one of the most immediate road-block to this is the sect and caste based divisions, consider Wipro itself, it's owned by an Ismaili-Khoja and whatever the related Muslim management is there is same rest is all outsider UC Hindus. Compare this to say, Goldman Sachs and Jews, I read somewhere that they control more than 60% of upper management.
Why is there so much hate against Arvind Karjiwal and AAP in India? It seems a logical choice to make your country better.

I have seen nothing but good from this man, and I say this as a Pakistani. He reminds me of Imran Khan (purely social justice perspective, and not religious obviously.) Seems like a genuine good soul.
Primarily two reasons ;-
1) He says he's secular, so Hindu bigots are going to be naturally irked.

2) Some people think he's a freebie socialist who can't drive growth, whether this is true can be debated since all he has managed up until now is a small union territory whose budget is smaller than some other Municipal level entities.

We are not bound under any law to open border for anyone but than we have PM Khan who likes to go the extra mile at the expense of rest of the Pakistan case in point Afghans. I hope he does not do that. Indian Muslims will have to stand up for themselves.

indian muslims can live with even chinese but can't even dream about living with a pakistani .in the same country.

If you are member of Hindutva, then do not represent Indian Muslims.

If you are an Indian Muslims with this attitude then go and live with Chinese, when Modi kicks you out of your homes and lands. Your ancestors and now you never deserve the land of Pakistan. Your sort is never welcomed in our sacred land.

wishful thinking ,
no indian will look towards a poor country which depends on qarz for day to day business.l

You are already living in world's poorest country where very basic necessities are being denied to the commoners.
World's largest slum exist in your country. You have worst health care. More than 85k patients died due to Covid 19

The money you pay in taxes is either used to buy toys for your armed forces or funneled out by your corrupt leadership.

Your country is biggest receiver of foreign aid and bank loans.

I agree with what @Naofumi has said and also will add that the Hindutva people need someone to hate. They call Rahul Gandhi as "Shehzada" to imply long-time family control over the Congress party. They call the active socialists as anti-nationals. They call other intellectuals as "Urban Naxals" to imply that they are the overground workers of the Naxalite guerrilla movement. And any vocal Muslim they find ( like Naseeruddin Shah and Aamir Khan ) they declare "Go to Pakistan !".

2) Some people think he's a freebie socialist

Tell me, is the electricity in Delhi still free as promised by Kejriwal ? Or am I misinformed ?

Maybe because they are your relative they might not be want to offend you, however i have to deal with them everyday because of my work and as i said previously my experience is not at all good.

As I said, the Indian Muslim had been pro Pakistan a lot of time. It was not just in Kashmir where a Pakistani cricket win against India would make them celebrate; I know for a fact that relatives in Ahmadabad did that too. It was not a wise move. Part of the Hindutva is certainly a reaction to the decades old Indian Muslim identity crises.

Also, the more 'adjusted' the Indian Muslim is in India or living a successful life in the West, the more anti-Pakistan they become. And then there is of course the 'value' of the Indian passport for jobs in the West when compared with the Pakistani one. One must not forget that while India enjoyed immense growth and an acceptance by the West, Pakistan had almost became a basket case of the world, especially between 2006-2014+ period. Why would anyone side with a losing cause?

But now, unless extremism is reversed in India, even the well-adjusted Indian Muslim is starting to notice the rising threat. Read in between line a successful person like the anchor Arfa Sherwani says in her videos. There is a palpable threat facing them. The new Citizenship Laws of India is a huge slap on the faces of Indian Muslims--and they have noticed that.

No thanks, they can rot at the border or start a civil war in india. We will accept muslim refugees from anywhere but not india or bangladesh
Stop being so harsh. The Indian refugees would bring talent to Pakistan that we don't have. Can you imagine another Karachi on Gwadar, Karachi on Ormara, Karachi on Hub? All extra tax, extra talent? These people would save you.

@PaklovesTurkiye do you agree?

Very sensible comment bro. You are right on.

After 1947 and 1971 drama, Pakistani population is generally wary of Muslims from those two South Asian countries.

Steadily, Pakistan's compass turns away from the subcontinent altogether and shifts North, West, and across the Arabian sea in the future.

This is partly to do with the animosity which we experience from South Asians, but also people to people relationships are not that great with us either as compared to Muslim nations of Eurasia.

We should not under any case take in subcontinental Muslims, it will enflame already delicate ethnic divisions, most notably in Karachi.

That does not mean we cannot help other countries take them in. Countries like Malaysia, I am sure would take in Indian Muslims to offset their Non-Muslim population.

Kejriwal is a Sanghi as well. Just because he is in opposition to the BJP does not make him an angel.

The real question that begets is why are Indian Muslims "expected" to be pro-Pakistan? Why not pro-Bangladesh or pro-Maldives or pro-Saudi Arabia.

When we live in India, we are accused of being pro-Pakistani. When we live abroad, the Pakistanis accuse us of being anti-Pakistani, and the Hindus accuse of us being pro-Pakistani because we attend the same mosques and generally move around in the same social circles. Seriously, when will this all end? Why can't we live our lives without being classified and consigned to some bucket of acceptance and non-acceptance.

While I do not wish that Indian Muslims become refugees at all, it is mildly amusing that a self-avowed religious Muslim will discriminate against other Muslims owing to their national origin.

Thankfully, the government of Pakistan does not think like you do, and has a generally very impressive refugee policy, that welcomes all those who seek shelter.
