Fully loaded Thunders look Majestic...back in post 27 Feb tensions I would regularly witness fully loaded Jf 17s roaming around in skies in Peshawar and it would made really proud and happy..

Yup. From north to south, From Air to Ground & Sea, in any Domain; Thunder has many surprises not known to many especially the adversary.

Since Block-2 is having such an adverse effect on the adversary, would it not be feasible to produce another batch of 50 Block-2s alongside Block-3s?

Thunder Block-II has proven more than expected. While the shape and appearance may not look different, Block-III when flies will make many of professionals to envy it. The architecture inside & the strength it holds, will dominate their minds initially. Only those on receiving end during Operation Swift retort; are still struggling to convince themselves as what they faced. The reason why PAF kept everything under wraps for Block-III and why we have so much trust into what's coming next. We can raise numbers of Block-II but I think, the upcoming Block-III is more of a logical way to go forward till we jump up one more step.

North theater is getting more attention and then the preparedness in time in view of adversary's ambitions and moves. Those BVRs & WVRs and then especially Thunders; one can get it easily as how a surprise being conveyed. They can place them in Ambala or Laddkah but they know deep down inside as, there is no return once they tried to enter.

That is what I was thinking as well, what is the strength at this base and can it operate whole year round.

This is where PAF has missed a trick interms of PR, that picture is amazing. They should have taken a decent camera with them and taken that picture and put it on its website as PR... beautiful. Shame it is so low resolution!

What is more important, that this beast can operate with full fuel and required "weapon systems" from extreme heights.

Its literally few minutes flight from this FOB to enter Laddakh if needed be.
