Unveiling ceremony of 8 dual seat JF-17 Thunder Jets held at PAC Kamra

Do you know at what rate they were producing aircraft in 2nd world war?

Each JF17 delivered means their hold over the throat of Pakistan security as a foreign policy instrument dimishes by 1 more notch, and they can see that. That is what is meant by Pakistan Space Agency's post ...

They must be regretting what they did with the delivery of the AH-1Zs right about now.

Means 19-603 is the first first Bravo by PAC.
May June July August September October November December. That is unbelievable, in 7~ months to achieve this is indeed remarkable.

That is NOT the same thing! Those aircraft used piston engines and their body could be mass produced easily. These modern jets and mass produced piston planes in ww2 is a bad comparison!

Don't underestimate them. We will only be free from foreign influence when financially we can stand on our own two feet.

Come on now man, enjoy the role out celebration of JF-17-IIB, leave rest out of it. No one in the US slightly bothered by this, PAF still needs F-16 Parts, PAF still eyeing more F-16s (used and new,) hold is not going anywhere for long time.

I do wonder if PAF is going to adopt darker paint job as one revealed of F-16 and some calling it RAM coating. Ram coating or not, it would give J-17 one menacing look.

If they were able to produce those piston engine planes in thousands every month in 1940's when we couldn't even produce that many slippers in the same time, trust me if they need to, they will do even better now with so much advancement in production technology.

300,000 planes
By the end of the war US factories had produced 300,000 planes, and by 1944 had produced two-thirds of the Allied military equipment used in the war — bringing military forces into play in North and South America, the Caribbean, the Atlantic, Western Europe and the Pacific.
