This is the problem with light aircraft - no BVR AAMs, and only two REK. We really need either more hard points or conformal fuel tanks on the Thunder.

All depends on it's mission profile, when it is deployed for stand off delivery, the JFT as on 27th Feb will be part of a package with an escort or for Fighter/Interception, it can be armed with two WVR and two BVR rounds.

The problem can be solved easily if we manage to somehow load BVR's on wingtip pylons
