act as a Private sector company so that will lead to more flexibility in R&D

A "potential" step in the right direction as it allows for the direct hiring and training of engineers who can grow their careers at Qaswa and then train the next generation of engineers, rather than a PAF officer who will treat their time at something like Qaswa as an "assignment" on the roadmap of their career before moving on.....

It has the potential to become a baby ASELSAN / Baykar Bayraktar if PAF invest in asking Qaswa to design new products on a "sustained" which they procure in quantitiy to make Qaswa financially viable.

This however, it only become effective if the leadership of Qaswa is not ex-military but they look to hire the best of private management to grow and nuture Qaswa along modern development and management lines... lets see if PAF has this vision, or if they creating a "retirement plan" for ex-officers, which will only lead Qaswa to stagnate and die, like all other defence industries in Pakistan that have gone before it...

POF - Sarsilmaz ST-9
A smart solution for self-defense and protection.
It is a striker-fired 9x19mm firearm that uses 15 rounds of ammunition. It comes with dovetailed notched rear sights. It is a very handy weapon and really easy to disassemble.

GIDS is marketing UHMWPE body armor. That’s very cutting edge but level 3 only for now.
Is it being distributed though? Soldiers are dying to simple rifles because they don't have armor and their helmets are ancient.
