KARACHI, Jun.10 (Gwadar Pro)- The third, Type 054-Alpha ship built in China for Pakistan Navy arrived in Karachi on Friday afternoon.
The ship, PNS Shahjahan reached Karachi port where it was given a warm welcome. Commander Pakistan Fleet Rear Admiral Faisal Abbasi took round of the ship and congratulated the crew on its commissioning.

The CM-302 is the export variant of the YJ-12A #supersonic anti-ship & land attack missile developed by #China
. It is designed to engage & destroy surface vessels, particularly large warships like destroyers and aircraft carriers.
The missile combines supersonic speed with long-range & powerful penetration against modern NBAD systems. The system has been exported to Algeria
and Pakistan, with the latter using the missile on its Type 054A/P (Tughril) Class Frigates.

Zhang Youxia, vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, met with Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee of the Pakistan Army, in Beijing. BEIJING, June 20 (Xinhua) — Zhang Youxia, vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, met with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee of the Pakistan Army Sahir Shamshad Mirza in Beijing on Tuesday.
Zhang said the Chinese side is willing to work with the Pakistani side in implementing the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, enhancing pragmatic cooperation, and jointly addressing global challenges.
He expressed the hope that the two militaries will continue to support each other strategically, jointly work for deeper and more substantive defense and security cooperation, and jointly safeguard global and regional peace and stability.
Sahir Shamshad Mirza said the Pakistani side will firmly support China’s principles and stances on issues concerning Taiwan, Tibet, Xinjiang and Hong Kong no matter how global and regional situations change.
The Pakistani military is willing to deepen its cooperation with the Chinese military to safeguard common interests and promote common development, he said.

As part of the yearly plan and mutual agreement, the Shaheen 10 Joint Air Force Training Exercise between China and Pakistan will take place in Jiuquan and Yinchuan in northwest China.
This exercise will occur from late August to mid-September.
