Sure, sacrifice your heli-deck (but then, why keep a hangar?) and space for organic fast interceptor boats.
Real useful on an OPV.
Besides, the MLRSs you mention are not stabilized, and you need 3-axis stabilization in order to achieve any kind of accuracy from a ship (esp. over the distances you mention). I doubt trajectory corrected rocket alone could sufficiently compensate for ship movement.
