The White House: You should know that it is difficult to impose sanctions on the Saudi government.

US President Joe Biden is preparing to impose sanctions on entities linked to technology transfer of Chinese ballistic missiles to Saudi Arabia.
-
And the American network, “CNN”, quoted informed sources as saying that the Biden administration is preparing to punish some organizations involved in ballistic missile technology transfers between China and Saudi Arabia
About which some members of the US Congress were briefed on new intelligence over the past few months.

The sources added that this comes at a time when some members of Congress announced that the White House
is not willing to impose significant sanctions on the Saudi government.

And according to what was translated from a report by the American network, the American intelligence agencies assessed that Saudi Arabia is now actively working on manufacturing its own ballistic missiles with the help of China.

There are several variants in DF-21 that vary in guidance systems as well as range. This diagram by CSIS isn't too accurate nor is complete, TEL-launch variants should have extended range at 2000+ km, air-launch variant (CH-AS-X-13; not included in the diagram) at around 3000 km. I think the variant manufactured in KSA is DF-21C, land-based, with INS + Beidou + terminal guidance.

The DF-21 was sold to Saudi Arabia and deliveries were up to 2018..

Nothing is announced, even the missiles, their numbers and types are not announced.
It has now come to impose sanctions on the Chinese authorities that helped the Kingdom build this program!
- It is not a speculation, but much more than this stage, satellite images prove the expansion of military bases affiliated with the Strategic Missile Force to a very large extent, including the construction of platforms for testing missile engines!
And manufacturing and warehousing facilities above and below ground..

The goal of having a national missile program has existed for at least 30 years.. since the missile war that took place at the end of the Iran-Iraq war..Saudi Arabia went to the US to request Pershing missiles, but the request was rejected without any discussion..

The truth is that if there were only one or two types of missiles... it does not require and is not worth building an independent force for it ..It would have been added to the artillery and that's it..

An independent force with formations, a staff, operations, bases, thousands of affiliates, and kings who open these facilities. All of this does not say that the issue is a Chinese missile or two... The truth is called the "missile" force..

The Royal Saudi Strategic Missile Force or RSSMF is the fifth branch of the Saudi Arabian Armed Forces, responsible for commissioning long-range strategic missiles..founded in September 8, 1986..

DF-31 can attack the USA from Saudi Arabia. This missile cannot be used to attack Iran.

Maybe this is what Saudi Arabia really wants, and they are just tired always being subservient to the US.

US policy in Middle East is essentially sanctions on all non-Jewish ballistic missile programs. Good for Saudi Arabia. Israel and Iran have advanced BM programs which pose a threat to the region.

KSA and Iran will soon all have the ICBM, and they don't need to nuke each other with the ICBM.

Guess their ICBM will be reserved for which country?

Once NK got the ICBM, it already became inevitable that the rest will follow suit.

Don't be overly enthusiastic. You can see how Saudis struggle even with Yemeni donkey riders with kitchen knives, and flintlock rifles. I cannot imagine.

And remember Iranians won over Iraqis, a way more bellicose sort of Arabs.
