But in all seriousness, All soldiers need good kneecaps, at least a red dot, ACOG or another 4X equivalent and another anti-drone specialist (Here we use a soldier with the SMASH-2000 sight, allows you to easily shoot down flying drones even a few hundreds of meters away from you) on the fireteam level
Thermal sights for the marksmen on the squad level, suicide drones/TV guided ATGMs/armed quadcopters on the company level and a battle management system to connect them all with the rest of the military. This is as far as infantry is concerned.
I don't doubt your capability to mass produce stuff. But in a war your production capabilities might be damaged.China is known for her capability to mass produced anything, in real war scenario , it's be you runnig around naked without China's supply chain.
And actually we don't buy anything made in China for our military, we either produce it here or in the US.
