Why Taliban do'nt do the Tabligh (Preaching)?

Because even a declared constitutionally kafir like me knows more about Islamic fiqh and teachings then the cave monkeys called Taliban. They couldn't even successfully preach to another muslims without beheading or blowing them up, forget presenting them with logic and seasoned arguments.

because in preaching the other person has to option to accept or reject or differ. and how can you even differ (forget rejecting) with a Talibanic ruling?
