Why are convicts allowed to travel to UK, from Pakistan ?

Many countries of world have laws that prevent anyone with criminal history to enter their country , unfortunately for Pakistan it seems that many Pakistani criminals are able to move to UK for refuge.

Why is it that many such entities can easily move to UK and setup a political base , in order to disturb the democratic process inside Pakistan

• Nawaz Sharif , ex Prime Minister of Pakistan , criminal and fugitive from Prison Sentence
• Altaf Hussain , ex Politician involved with activities /collaboration with Raw wanted in many murder cases
• Nawaz Sharif's two songs are also fugitive living openly in UK

Is this whole family a foreign Agent


Is anyone not aware of Panama Leaks and Nawaz Sharif in UK ?

How can such a corrupt and man with Criminal background be allowed in UK ? While an average guy can't go anywhere if they have a small criminal history
