why all of sudden govt starts building dams when it leaves?

two major dams bhasha dam and munda dam which have storage of 1.3 and 7MAF are considered key to SHORT TERM needs that had feasilbilty report ready and prepared in 2008 were put on hold but than suddenly started this year, these will start 2 months after PML N leaves..why?

PML-N isn't going anywhere, they will come back to complete dams and all other CPEC projects. Its important next gov doesn't f with these projects of national importance. So N league must come back.
