Zooordari's sister ............she owned a private Air Line and they are planning to launch that air line and that's why they are with planning putting down the PIA.

privatization is the only way forward according to me . the government usually make a muck of things . by the can any one tell me the state of the railways in Pakistan ? i know they were in trouble and were having a shortage of funds , has that been solved?

Far from it.. currently they have had to resort to buying diesel from the open market!

they all damaging the state institutions for their petty profits and gains disgusting

a host of people / institutions would benefit from PIA's demise...

Emirates
Turk Hava Y (THY)
Ittehad
Indus
AirBlue
Shaheen
AZ & Family
PIA fat-cats like the 32 Directors.

santro you are joking right? how in gods name his this been led to happen .

Long story.. but similar to the way the situation with PIA, Border attacks.. OBL.. Hafiz Saeed.. Balochistan.. etc.
Its the people.. not the government institutions which are perpetually apathetic.

My father knows the MD very well.. and might even setup a flight kitchen for him.
If that happens.. rest assured you will get much better "edible" items than any of the others.

New aircraft are going to be inducted in PIA next year, 12 A310's i think.

That seems like an odd strategy.. instead of maintaining the current fleet, buy new aircraft so that they too can be left parked on the tarmac after a few flights and then foreclose to the banks.
Maybe not odd for somebody out to make a lot of bucks.
