I dont know for how long Russia and KSA can keep at it but till US shaling is in the business expect low prices which would be good for us consumer countries

Shale operators are resilient they will come back when oil prices are favorable. More than likely the big fish will swoop in to claim the spoils - plug and abandon, wait for better market conditions.
