When ,Where and Who are they ?

Seems like from the time of Ayub Khan the great, i just saw a 10 corps insignia (do u call it a insignia or wat correct me if am wrong) on one of the guys, this is same insignia worn by our troops in azad kashmir.

To me it seems they are like in gilgit area on some racky stuff it might be of the time when Pakistan prepared its operation to take on kashmir or may be possible after 65 war. The pic quality shows its not later then 1960s or earliest possible 50s.

The mountain and snow to me shows that it cannot be kashmir area as kashmir is pretty green area. This area must of and surrounding Siachen area.
