I cant belive some one would seriously post on a board for first aid advice but on the chance your serious.
Drugs could be and can be anything with out knowing what your firend took any advice is hard to provide. The basics would be to keep their airway open to stop them aspirating their own vomit. Roll them on to their side, if you dont know what the recovery position is there are you tubes of the corect position by the red cross.
I realise there may be problems for your friend in repoting a drug over dose but the best place is a hospital rather than trying things at home.
