What is wrong with mobile pdf?

MODS,previously the layout of mobile pdf was good.but for more than last 2 days the site has a strange layout. the new one is diificult to use in opera mobile version.(i dont know about other browsers). plz give it a thought.

there is a separate section called "suggestions and discussions" where the issue is being discussed
