If the world wants us to do something to stop Terrorist and their Finances , than i think world should stop making terrorists and funding them ..US will always take the lead, when it comes to arming and funding Moderate Rebels aka future Terrorists .. Start from CIA you will get so many classified documents of how much , they spend of AQ, Taliban , TTP , JuA , ISIS ..
