Called a 'Hot Pit' and at the 'end of runway' (EOR). Usually you 'hot pit' after a sortie so your jet do not have to refuel in the ramp. Back in Desert Storm, we 'hot pit' to go back out again, often made for a loooooong flying day.

This F-18 has a pretty clean config, just wing tips and a centerline, really short takeoff run.
