This thought came into my mind when there was a water shortage in our area due to some streets been dug up for installing new water pipelines. The worry was quite big among the neighbors not knowing how long will it take for water supply to be re enabled.
I do not know where i stand for my observation but please imagine a scenario:
If some attack some how on Pakistan targets only on our electric supply. How will we be able to stop panic and water shortage in our urban areas. It takes only 12 hours for people to feel the water shortage.
For example lets assume electricity is not available for 7 days in Lahore and no tube well is able to extract water from ground. What will happen? Are we enough prepared?
