United States of America's, Congressional Senate overwhelmingly passed on Tuesday, 17th December 2019 a Massive $738 Billion Defense Spending Bill that includes a Handful of Measures with North Altantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) Member Countries such as Republic of Turkey, Republic of Canada and Kingdom of Norway.

The 86-8 vote now sends United States of America's, Congressional Senate - National Defense Authorisation Act (NDAA) which is part of a Two-Piece Package that includes a Wider United States of America's Administration Spending Bill to United States of America-President Mr. Donald Trump to be Signed into Law, which United States of America- President Mr. Donald Trump is expected to do shortly.

The United States of America's Senate House Passed the Legislation Earlier on Tuesday, 17th December 2019.

United States of America's, Congressional Senate - National Defense Authorisation Act (NDAA) - Defense Spending Bill was Packed with Additional Measures Aimed at Republic of Turkey's Defense Industry that include A Prohibition on transferring the Fifth-Generation F-35 Joint Strike Fighter or the Spare Parts to Republic of Turkey and Kingdom of Norway.
