American Citizen indicted on terror charges

U.S Federal Grand Jury indicted An U.S Citizen Aged 28 on a new charge of attempting to provide material support to a Foreign Terror Network to carry out attacks inside United States of America.
A Maryland man accused of planning a Military Grade Terror attack at a shopping and entertainment complex near Washington, D.C., was indicted Wednesday on a Terror-related charge, five months after his arrest.
U.S Citizen Aged 28 was arrested 28 March 2019 and remains detained pending trial. U.S Citizen Aged 28 initially was indicted in April 2019 and pleaded not guilty to one count of interstate transportation of a stolen vehicle.
Arrested U.S Citizen Aged 28 allegedly stole a U-Haul van in Virginia and parked it at the National Harbor, a popular waterfront destination just outside the nation’s capital. U.S Police arrested him the next morning after they found the van and saw arrested U.S Citizen Aged 28 jump over a security fence.
Arrested U.S Citizen Aged 28 told investigators he planned to carry out an attack similar to one in which a driver ran over and killed dozens of people in Ukraine in 2016, U.S Authorities said.

The Terror charge is punishable by a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. The stolen vehicle charge carries a maximum of 10 years in prison.
U.S. Attorney Mr.Robert Hur said in a statement Wednesday that law enforcement is “working tirelessly to prevent and disrupt terror attacks, whether they come from within or outside the United States of America.” “We will continue to use every lawful tool at our disposal to find and prosecute those who want to do this country harm,” U.S. Attorney Mr.Robert Hur said. “This indictment is the next step in holding Naturalized U.S Citizen Aged 28 accountable for his actions.”
