American stand-up comedian Jeremy McLellan on Saturday has shot down attackers on Twitter who mocked his claims on atrocities committed in Indian-held Kashmir stating that his opinion is ‘paid-off’ by Pakistan.

McLellan has been vocal in lambasting the ongoing violence in Kashmir doubling down on his support for the Kashmiri people’s cause.

When trolls accused him of being on Pakistan’s payroll he hit back by saying Indians: Please stop spreading rumors that I’m paid by Pakistan to tweet about Kashmir. My wife keeps asking where the money is and it’s ruining our marriage.

McLellan has not only spoken out against New Delhi in Indian held Kashmir but also the other marginalised groups all over the world as well.

He had retweeted a post by a student in Indian-held Kashmir in which the student claimed that Indian forces locked them inside their school and when they began to chant pro-freedom slogans tear gas was fired at them.

He then tweeted that today is Kashmir Solidarity Day in support of occupied Kashmir against Indian state terrorism.

Today is #KashmirSolidarityDay in support of occupied Kashmir against Indian state terrorism. Students in Srinagar are brutalized for protesting the recent killings. Whether Palestine, Syria, Burma, Kashmir, or anywhere else, people have a right to be free from state tyranny.

this is the best way to counter Indian horde of web trolls who cant take any criticism and will spam and troll anyone who speaks anything less than favorable about them or their country.

his come back to the trolls was the best line. as if his wife believes the butt hurt trolls and he is hiding the Pakistani bribes somewhere.

anyone who talk against India is paid by Pakistan , damn we must be a world richest country..
yes and this is why our charities pay even for Indian hostages

.
How insecure can the people of any nation become and start trolling someone for speaking their mind.

.
Jeremy is hilarious. Follow him on social media and try to catch a show if you're in the US.

Does his Twitter account has anything other than India obsession? Hourly posts about India.

Looks like rakhi savant and poonam panday material. Banking on Indian trolls for fame.
