The Russians left this up to us. We have a very important ace in the Balkans which will influence our politics and sphere of influence in the Balkans for many years. These are the possibilities in my opinion. If you have other options, feel free to mention them.
(I think the blue colored stream which will go Italy and beyond should be made non-the-less, we are talking about the politics of the green colored stream at the moment)
Options:
1. Turkey > Bulgaria > Romania > Hungary > Austria
2. Turkey > Bulgaria > Macedonia > Albania > Montenegro > Bosnia > Croatia > Hungary > Austria
3. Turkey > Greece > Macedonia > Albania > Montenegro > Bosnia > Croatia > Hungary > Austria
Questions to consider:
Which economies do we want to make depended on us?
In which countries do we want to get influence?
Which countries can we trust and who won't blackmail us?
In my opinion, we should avoid Greece and Serbia at all costs. Option 1 would make the most sense but option 2 would be also great since it goes through Albania and Bosnia.
