The problem is it shouldnt have happened in the 1st place...In 2018 these people still cant control themselves meaning they never will!! Keeping them locked up will only cause world to cry foul about us locking up everyone!

IF they do lock them up I hope they do so OPENLY and announce that the PUNISHMENT is for destroying public property, beating / harming / harassing the public and for inciting hatred/ causing pollution by burning public property and also for being out of control - Give them a good 20 years as an example of what happens when you behave like an animal!

AND make it a fixed verdict that CAN NOT BE TURNED!

And in jail teach them sewing, knitting, shoe making and farming and make them do all that to pay back for public damage!
