Now for a long time I thought the Javelin recognized target by itself. Now from watching a video I found out the operator builds a box around the target and sends the message to the operator. Now this mode of operation is much more simple because even civilian technology can track moving targets in much the same way. For example with a certain program, putting a box around an object and moving it around the camera will follow. Now the concept is the same except that there will be electronics telling the control actuators to make sure the camera is in view of the target much in the same way as this video does.
This concept is pretty similar to the below video.
Now of course this could be tested with a drone or the such if the drone was connected to an Arduino system that controls the camera view to make sure that the target is always in the sight of the camera.
I thought it would be interesting to share this concept with you guys and you can give me your input if you like.
