The news that you have provided about the F16's BLK 70 is beyond shocking---. When the whole picture materializes it would be eye popping as well.
Then the news of the release of $125 million---another surprise---which would lead many to believe that the other funds of 900 million dollars maybe released as well.
Once that happens some other flood gates would be opening and the nation would be on the way to recovery---.
When the nation gets on the way to recovery---it would be mean dollars and resources are available---which would then create an action or reaction in the PPP---who would be seeing at dollar signs in front of their eyes popping up like crazy---.
When that happens---they would want to get another part of the pie as they did in 2008---they would come out to the media and start to smash the ideology and working of the current govt---would try to undercut the working of the govt---would try to create scenarios to break the current govt apart to take over one more time---.
The IK govt can ask the Supreme court to make some changes in the system---.
First change:---- Senate members should be elected by the public vote like any other elected officials---all this old crowd needs to go
Second change:--- Parliamentarians can only fight an election for a seat in the area / place of their declared place of residence.
One parlimentarian can only fight an election from one seat---that would come by default---.
A parlimentraian cannot run from another seat after losing election from a different seat---.
Third change:---any challenge to fraud in elections would be settled in 30 days and there would be no STAY ORDER allowed---.
If the fraud is proven then the second person in line would be declared the winner---and there would be no runoff election---.
Just like in Olympics---if the winner is found to have used doping to win---his medal is taken away and the second person is declared the winner---.
4th change:---the usage of Stay Order / order of bail before arrest to be abolished right away---.
No bail would be given to criminals of financial fraud---tax evasion---elected officials---judges would ask the advocate general if bail needs to be given---the judges will not have the sole authority of making that decision unless they are civil cases.
No bail for murderers / acid attacks child molesters rapists or others involved in executions---.
No bail for kidnapping---blackmail---. These crimes need to be punished with death sentence---. Making nude movies and pictures for blackmail should be a death sentence---.
5th change:---if the criminal is absent and does not show in court---he / she would be declared an absconder---no diarrhea / back problems / or other disease would be used as excuse---.
Any doctors giving fake excuses to prisoners would be charged as accessory to the crime
Any attorneys using fake excuses or lies to be charged as accessory to the crime in getting useless extensions---.
Any politician covering up the financial crimes or other crimes of their party members or their political party leader would charged as accessory to the crime---and would also be charged in hindering the investigation of the crime---.
There will be no extensions awarded for a hearing---.
If the witnesses are present---their question answer will be recorded the day they show up---
Cases to be tried on fastrak---any judge refusing to do so would be / maybe charged as creating unrest in the civil society---.
