Lead exposure in people is far far far worse than what is mentioned in the video. He never mentioned all the lead paint in kids toys and jewelry (especially lead solder in girl's metal trinket bracelets/charms/necklaces) or the lead paint people used for years in their homes. The lead solder joining water pipes. Pipes made of lead. The lead paint used near water reservoirs. Lead paint on playground swingsets and slides. It is literally EVERYWHERE. It is hard to get away from. For all you know the chair you are sitting in is covered in lead paint. One of the reasons I bought my brand new house was it was built after the lead paint ban. The house I grew up in on the inside was covered in thick white lead paint.

There was a special agreement made with a certain country to not export toys to the US with lead paint...but that didn't mean they couldn't sell lead paint toys to other children in oblivious countries around the world.
