It is well understood once fully Operational , some extra units are brought in for Symbolic parade. Typically Pakistani does not display items which are not active. First they are tested and Initialized then they are paraded as an Achievement in term of capabilities

Now why I Say they are dream catchers , well simply because an enemy combatant , when they are children and young they dream big of flying into Pakistan and they think in their head that they will fly in and out as if there is no repercussion. But things are not like they are in dreams , because in reality the Dream catchers are there to detect the incoming enemy birds and they lock on their massive signature given out by the twin engines and size of birds , and thus it becomes a Massive net where dreams are caught and such enemy combatants are left clueless

What can we do further to help extend this strategic goal
The next logical goal should be some items from Turkey

unless i hear from an air defence guy here , the pantsir thing is just a conjecture

the LY80 is a much welcome relief for PA commanders who now have Buk M2 level ( on which the Ly80 is based) protection . and the Buk is really a good system

the PA is like a wise wife who is cash strapped ( at all times) , yet scoops up good deals here and there ( lol)

say , a mini s 300PMU1 , at a discount of course

I am pretty sure the we have lot more Air Defence systems deployed for Indians if they try to breach our Air Space. The batteries mentioned by us are big fat lie we have lot more systems from Russia and China

In my opinion PAF should depend less on ground based anti aircraft missiles etc and focus more on air assets which can intercept and detect and destroy intruders from air. F-16s are great but we need a ted a more perhaps 3 or 4 squadrons of J-10C.

But already our air assets airborne radars and fighter aircraft are best way to deal with intruders.

As evident from syria war ground based anti aircraft systems are somewhat flawed . they get knocked out by Israel and united states easily.

On the otherhand they dont even dare to invade countries with decent airforces cuz they know that is a bigger threat and chances of survival against an Air force like pakistan are next to zero.

Air force is much more flexible than air defence
Air defence has benefit in deployment cost and reaction time especially in very large countries
Reason why early on Russian focus was air defence and us air force

Every weapon has a time and purpose and for now , we need to continue to developer layers of protection for SAM network

modern AD is now completely mobile , totally autonomous, completely software run,

the radars are powerful , hi resolution ,yet compact and low powered .

the missiles have now improved too a lot

main thing is the guidance system which is like as follows ;-

HQ 2 , a kid with a ghuleel hunting hawks , the small rock has little power from the ghuleel

LY 80 , a giant with huge gladiator muscles hurling a javelin like spear with a gigantic cross bow ( he can shoot much higher and faster)

and this 'giant' has wheels, he can ' shoot and scoot'

A valuable asset to have in war against Terror from India
A much needed weapon we attained and it has been bother Indian for last few years

Too bad we did not show case any Turkish Ground to Air defense weapons
Any additional tool if we show cased it in March 23rd , demonstration would be a great plus

I would likely bring in Turkish SAM , with a trial option to purchase put it in Demo mode in real war scenario and help test out their SAM for Turkey and in return Turkey would give us some functional network connected units

Any thing of this nature would really shock the system
