The battle to recover Swiss Accounts gets in the final stage. According to experts, after April 2012 the case in Swiss Courts will become time barred and couldn't be revived. Therefore, PPP leadership want to drag the matter beyond April 2012 at all cost. Supreme Court decision if not implemented will pose serious challenge for rule of law in the country. If Zaradri hands are clean why is he afraid of writing to Swiss authorities? After all, why would Swiss courts victimize him. PPP leadership's refusal to implement NRO judgement ample proof of its guilt.
