The 15 post policy before posting links sucks

I am sorry to say that the 15 post policy before links are allowed to be posted sucks. Some of us are writers who come to this form for syndicating high quality, original content that mainstream media won't pick up. We need to be allowed posting links immediately.

We had to modify our rules due to suicide trolls who were spamming vulgarity or hate speech right from post 1 not to mention the guys who were spamming the forum with some product of theirs on the internet market
